Recognition
annual days out
Each year, we take time out of the working week to do something together. The last two years we have committed to walking Pen-y-fan however, some years our days out have been less strenuous. Its a great opportunity to get to know everyone much better and realise that others have life outside of the office!
Celebrating acheivements
There are a lot of ways people are recognised for the work they do here both formally and informally. Internally we celebrate achievements through weekly team briefings and Fridays at the local, but also at annual days out.
Performance development review process
We hold two performance development reviews each year. The end of year review is about understanding your goals and why that is important to you and how that contributes to the development of the practice. The purpose of the review is to set and review personal development plans and review progress against them. The mid year review is a 360 degree review to understand management styles, behaviours and interactions in the office to ensure a positive working environment for everyone.
